Kevin Newman, Chairman and C.E.O. of Newman Garrison + Partners, directs the firm's Design Studio, the day-to-day operations and serves as lead designer for NG + Partners, Inc. Kevin's primary focus is on diversifying the firms' portfolio to include hospitality, mixed-use, mid and high-rise residential, resort and urban redevelopment while maintaining the integrity of the designs.
During his 31 years of comprehensive national and international experience, Kevin has developed and directed innovative design solutions for many high density, mixed use, urban infill and resort oriented communities. By creating such distinctive places of destination, Kevin has garnered a reputation as one of today's leading designers.
Kevin opened the highly successful Newport Beach office (formerly Kaufman & Meeks) in 1985. A native of St. Louis, Kevin now resides in Corona Del Mar where he enjoys traveling. Kevin has been the proud recipient of several design awards, including most recently, the prestigious Gold Nugget from the Pacific Coast Builders and Remodelers Conference, and Pillars of the Industry Awards for design excellence. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and was a featured presenter on new concepts in urban infill design at the 2010 Pacific Coast Builders Conference. |
