Kevin Newman, Chairman and Managing Partner of Newman Garrison + Partners, directs the firm’s day-to-day operations and serves as lead designer for NG + Partners, Inc. Kevin’s primary focus is on diversifying the firms’ portfolio to include high-density mixed-use residential, mid and high-rise residential, resort and urban redevelopment while maintaining the integrity of the designs. His 29 years of extensive experience has garnered him a reputation as one of the brightest and most exciting among today’s leading residential designers.
Kevin opened the highly successful Newport Beach office in 1985. A native of St. Louis, Kevin now resides in Corona Del Mar where he enjoys body building and traveling. Kevin has been the proud recipient of several design awards, including most recently, the prestigious Gold Nugget from the Pacific Coast Builders and Remodelers Conference, and Pillars of the Industry Awards for design excellence.
